The Solar Europe Industry Initiative :
Setting the future of Photovoltaics in Europe

The 5th edition of the General Assembly of the European Photovoltaic (PV) Technology Platform will take place on 18 June 2010 in Toledo, Spain.

This year, the main focus of the General Assembly will be the Solar Europe Industry Initiative, being the major PV Technology programme developed in the frame of the SET Plan of the European Union. The event will be split into 3 main sessions:

The Solar Europe Industry Initiative: Maintaining the European Industry leadership
Analysis from a Member State perspective
The situation of PV technology in Spain

European and Spanish stakeholders, including high level representatives from Europe’s leading PV companies and research institutions, as well as Members of the European Parliament, the European Commission and the Member States governments are expected to attend this event.
