SuperSoil 2004, Human Impact and Management of Soils

The Australian Soils Conference is also held every 4 years and alternates with the ANZ Conference. The last Australian Conference was held at the University of Western Australia, Perth, WA in December 2002.

The theme for the 2004 Conference is Human Impact and Management of Soils.

The technical program will include international keynote speakers and oral and poster presentations from delegates. Contributions to symposia sessions are welcomed in all areas of soil science. The following themes are suggested only. If your paper does not fit under one of these themes, please create a new theme when you upload your paper via the Author Gateway.

* Contaminant bioavailability and terrestrial ecotoxicology
* Nanoparticles in soil environments
* Soil management under high nutrient regimes
* Emerging soil analytical techniques in the laboratory and the field
* Communicating and utilizing soil information
 
The SuperSoil Committee invites all practitioners of soil science to submit a paper to the joint Australian and New Zealand Soils Conference being held in Sydney in December 2004. Potential authors might include farmers, consultants, researchers, lecturers and people involved in policy development for agriculture.
